It looks great, but, since you went for rubber, why not adding some color? a black strap with a red line, or even a red strap? Colored straps are considered risqué on serious watches, but are they really?
I'm usually 99% against ANY aftermarket straps for Rolex watches.....
My only exceptions are for the Explorer-I and your watch.

I'm still in the honeymoon phase with the new Breitling for sure!! Accidentally hit a half wall in the kitchen last night so hard i thought the roof would collapse. Took the watch off and inspected it for 5 minutes. Not one single scratch. I know Rolex is known for their steel but this Breitling steel is VERY strong indeed.
