Too little too late. He spent all his time travelling round Italy with his best mate Gennaro making TV series. Came to Australia (and possibly US) with his Ministry of Food. Totally neglected his #1 priority which is to make sure his restaurants are running properly. Besides, he did not have good chefs working for him.

Sorry for mis-understanding you. I thought you worked the family farm after your retirement.

Can you elaborate once more as to why are you doing the big sell off?

If you forgot what you have, then it is a sign that you've got too many watches. I wonder if the guy who has over a hundred Mil-subs and COMEX divers' watches use an inventory tracking programme and asset labels to track his watches?

I think you're doing quite well in selling off some of your collection. In my opinion (not that you asked) but I think that both the Planet Ocean and Black Bay can go since the Seiko MM is like a grail diver's watch for you.

One thing is for sure. I can’t see myself ever buying another dress watch any time soon. The Explorer can be that watch if I end up acquiring it.
