    Rolex OP 39 Clasp Noise

Hey guys, got my OP 39 in white today, gorgeous watch, but few hours later at home I notice the clasp making the clinging noise, and there is a bit of side to side play on the tail end of the clasp link.

Just wondering if any other OP owners have this issue or is it just the way it is.

    video of the issue here:

Not an issue Shane. I’m gonna learn some good tunes on mine. Thanks for the inspiration.

I can’t get the video to play. Can you describe the noise? If it’s a new watch the bracelet will squeak for awhile, every new Rolex I’ve ever had does it.

Hey @toothbras, thanks for the reply. This is driving me crazy, it's not the squeaky noise, i can get rid of that with a soap rinse. It's some sort of play in the clasp, that when I tap it, it's clings. It's hard to describe.

Idk how to link the video other than google drive.

    edit: got it on Tube.

Dumb question, but is all the plastic off from the clasp? There was a piece inside the clasp on my Explorer that I had do dig out.

    sick beat, bro

Find out what's making the noise. Is it the clasp blade hitting the links? If so, there's nothing you can do about it except maybe making the bracelet shorter so it sits closer to your wrist.

it doesn't matter how tight I wear my watch, it's always there.

Is any other OP owners having this issue, or is it just the way it is...the clinging is so loud and it feels so cheap...I am really upset.
