Tudor Black Bay White Specks ?

While looking up a few Tudor Black Bay Reds FS, I notice some white specks on the dials in more than a few of the listings. These listings advertise the watches as being brand new, but the Tudor stock photos don't seem to show the specks. I was wondering if this is a design of the watch dial or just the dial catching dust particles?

It would help if you posted some pictures of what you’re referring to or at least links to those watches for sale.

As an example. On the left side there is a speck.

It looks to me like those specs are on the crystal - probably just dust or fuzz.

If you're serious about it just contact the seller and ask 'em.
    Cheers,

Hard to say if it's on the dial, or the crystal, but I "spec" it's either a reflection, or just someones cheeky dribble that has dried on the crystal. Either way, it should be easy to clean off since Tudor (AFAIK), doesn't use any AR on the outside of the crystal.

I think that is a reflection of of a down light. The rest you see on the right are dried up water marks in the crystal and dust.

Ive owned 2 BBs and handled many more and never seen this. Has to be a mark on the crystal. Youre better off posting specific watches and links if youre worried. Otherwise its an open ended question. If youre considering buying the watch in the photos, just ask the seller about the mark. He should come back with an explanation and a fresh photo. If youre not convinced by the photo, ask him to take the photo beside todays newspaper.

Ask the seller about it and get more pics. My bb41 had a big speck on the crystal and had to go to RSC for them to clean it under warranty.
