    Ball Bracelet Issue

Finally got an SS bracelet for the 60 Seconds II however, when it arrived, it closed as you see in the picture below. Any idea how I could go about fixing this (if it's an easy thing to do yourself) or am I looking at sending it in to somewhere (again, where... straight to Ball, maybe)?

    Any help would be appreciated!

Take the watch off.... Look from underneath and see if the metal "clips" are all there... I think there is 4... If so then proceed to gently see if they will line up with the clasp on the top butterfly... Press it down until lock and hear the click... Then proceed to the bottom butterfly... Again.. Press down until click Is heard.... If everything is done... Correctly and it still looks like that..... (your picture) Then send it in.

I tried looking at it, but didn't check how many prongs there were... I should have compared it to my other Ball SS bracelet. I'm wearing the Fireman Victory today and that one only has 2 clips. I see what you are saying now, though. I'll check it out when I get back home and report back. Thanks!

Yes, you should be able to just re-click it in place. This happens sometimes with those butterfly bracelets.

Maybe I'm missing something since it looks like it is closed, but that the bow of the bottom center section got flattened too much thus creating the gap.

Hmm... I checked it yesterday/today and it isn't going to be that simple... it's almost as though the metal piece in the center is too long...
