    Ball customization question?

I am thinking about buying a Skindiver as my first Ball watch. I am curious though if it could be order with black day/date wheels installed instead of the white ones. Also is there a way to buy direct from Ball or do I have to go through an AD?

When I worked with Ball you had to buy via AD.

Hello Moffett, I can't be certain of course, but with enough financial incentive, Ball would be amenable for any custom request. Good luck with your required calendar color combination. heb

    Re: Ball customization question?

So how many do you wish to order? Ball will not sell parts and they really don't make many watches with a black day and date wheels. Like Rolex mostly just white (the Aviator is one of the few, but I'd need to check the movement on that and it has red print on the one wheel). The AD will restate Ball does not sell parts.

Now if you want to special order some reasonable quantity it may be possible directly through Ball US or Switzerland. If you check the reference area above there is a Spacemaster X-Lume that some company had Ball make about 50 of them as gifts. They have a second hand with the company symbol as the counter weight and no GTLS tube in the tip. Seems pretty extreme for a day date wheel.
