    Ball Hydro on small wrist

All...been wanting a Hydrocarbon for a while now and need opinions on how it fits on a small wrist. My wrist is only 6". I've worn larger watches before with no issue assuming the bracelet/ strap allow for it. On rolex oyster bracelet I'm all 3 links out and a micro adjust. Same with tudor and breitling. I am the tightest hole on my IWC rubber strap also.

Can anyone comment on the ball bracelet and or rubber strap? Also, thoughts on the chrono...too big ?

    Thanks!

I had one on my 6.75" wrist and it worked fine. The lugs on this watch curve down nicely so it actually fit my smaller wrist very well.

Take a look at the HC Magnate or Magnate Chrono. They are both 40 mm. diameter cases (as are the GMT I and II).

The AD here has a small wrist and really enjoys his Magnate chrono. - and its styling is similar to a Rolex Daytona.

The lug structure on the different models seems to dictate the comfort / fit level. There are a number of models with 42 mm. dia. cases but some may "fit" smaller. The Main thing is to try one on if you can.

I think you will like any of the HC line - just also note the thickness of the model (especially the Deep Quest, and apparently the new Hunley).

Let us know what you come up with!

I would recommend trying this case style on before buying. I have a 7 in. wrist and cannot wear this case design. Bought a Ceramic XV and after a couple days my wrist was raw (nearly broke the skin) with the sharp lugs and a sharp edge that sticks down. The AD saw this and immediately took the watch back, found a Master Engr. II with a more forgiving case design. I've heard of a few others with similar experience so it must be just a bad combination of case and wrist size/shape.

X2 - this will either be the most comfortable or painful watch you've ever worn, doesn't seem to be much in between

I have a Ball NEDU. 6.75" wrist and it fits perfect for me, very comfortable. It is a tall watch, but I wear it once a week.

I think wrist shape is more a factor than size, but since we never see picture for those that have issues it is just a theory.
