FWIW, it's definitely not a Submariner. I must agree that it is the nicest dive watch I've seen with the exception of the crown guard which keeps me from owning one. I wish they'd make it without that silly lock on the crown.

    Have you worn an EHC?

I have several and I do not notice the crown guard when wearing them, that is they do not bother me and the watches are comfortable. I also like to wear watches on or above my wrist bone, up against my hand.

The best Ball crown guard is on the Deep Quest, IMHO.
It wasn't this time until now. - Me.

Crown guards drive me nuts my first few years in the military. I switch years ago to wearing on my right hand because push ups as punishment and part physical training. Plus while on patrol it helped but that is another story.
I don't have too many watches! I have too few wrists!

Beautiful time piece...I am thinking about one myself. I am new to this forum, but not to Ball.

What are the better prices/dealers with stock we are seeing on this unit?

    Thanks all!

Not likely to see much off on this one--it is very recent, and selling well. Of course the best AD in the business is our sponsor, Topper Jewelers--ask for Rob Caplan (for other Ball watches--the usual AD discount is 15%, though I would not necessarily expect that for this one).

Me likey! The lume tubes are all green, even on the bezel so that's alot of green.

I get that green is the most visible color to the human eye but making the bezel lume a different color would have been boss.
