    Ball quartz diver

I recently traded for a Ball quartz diver. I have had one Ball in the past and thought I would enjoy having another. This Ball has a 40mm case and the "Yachtmaster" style bezel. It wears quite comfortably on my 7.5" wrist. The only downside is that the tritium tubes are small on the hands and only tiny dots at each hour. As a result, at night the glow is not too bright. Otherwise this Ball is a good diver for a non-diver!

Nice looking watch. Once your eyes adjust, the tritium tubes do provide constant readability in dark conditions.

    Enjoy your watch.

You are right, Nokie. I'm finding the tritium tubes do a good job in the dark. I like my new Ball.

I was unaware that Ball produced any Quartz models. What year was this made?
