    Bezel movement

I recently purchased my first Ball, Fireman NECC. I noticed that I have a bit of play in the bezel during turning. Tonight I noticed that I also have a bit of play if I push the bezel left or right. No real movement up and down though. Thoughts? Is some play expected? My Tag does not have any movement but some companies say a little is normal. Ball owners advice needed!!! Thanks in advance

I contacted Ball regarding the play in the bezel and the response was that it was not acceptable. I was pleased to hear that. So off it goes to an AD. Will miss it!

Ball has very good mfg Q/C as well as customer service.

Good idea contacting them, and hopefully it will all be corrected to your satisfaction sooner than later.

    Good luck.

    Re: Bezel movement

Thanks Nokie. The repair shop in NYC has received the watch and said they will get back to me. Not sure how long this process takes but, they said they have to bounce everything off Ball in Switzerland. That sounds like it will be awhile. That’s fine as long as it’s fixed. Will inform forum what happens.
