    A BIG "Thank You!" to Ball USA

    A few weeks ago, I posted a message asking how to get stuck screws out of the bracelet links of my EMII Diver. The prior owner had totally ruined two of the screws. I needed to add a link and the sole unmolested screw was too tight. I tried blow drying, soaking, open flame, banging with a wooden mallet, etc., to break the Loctite. Nothing worked. Eventually, I damaged that screw.

    So, I took the bracelet to my AD to send to Ball USA for them to drill out the screws and do whatever else had to be done to fix the bracelet. (I also bought a rubber strap for the watch while I was there).

    I was so pleasantly surprised to get a quick call from my AD telling me that 1) Ball gave me a new bracelet rather than fix my old one, and 2) Ball didn't charge me a penny!

    Wow! Thanks Ball!

    I am fortunate to know all the guys at BALL Watch USA personally.
    They are no doubt top notch people not only on 'Customer Service' level,
    but just great individuals overall - period !!

    (Many of us have positive experience with some Customer Service of some companies,
    but ......how many times you read CONSISTENTLY these kinds of stories about other bigger and better
    known companies ?? Except for BALL - I have not. Besides offering great watches at good prices THIS
    IS what is going to make BALL brand grow every year.....Thumbs up BALL !!

    Absolutely! It's above and beyond the right thing to do. It's also sound business sense in recognizing the role of their customers and forums such as this in sweet-mouthing a great product...the bouncing Ball is bouncing up and up...how's that for clean play on the name???

    That is great news!! So refreshing in this day & age of "it's not my job".....or "let me tell you why I can't help you"....

    I have purchased my 2nd Ball..and will continue to grow with this company as long as their professional service continues. Job well done, Ball!!

    This is the main reason why I chose to moderate for this company. Not only do they offer an incredible product, but they stand behind it. In turn so do I. I truly is amazing to "represent" a company you TRULY beleive in!
