    Bracelet for Night Train

Tried a search, but couldn't find anything. I may have been wording the search string incorrectly. I was wondering if the bracelet from a 43mm Fireman would fit the Night Train model...does anyone know?

Also, could the Night Train come with a bracelet from an AD in addition to the strap?

    Thanks!

The stainless steel Night Train (NM1092C-S1B-WH) is on the same bracelet as the 43mm basic Fireman.

However, the DLC Night Train is not available on bracelet. It can be had on rubber strap (NM1092C-P1B-BK) or black calf leather strap with orange accent(NM1092C-L1B-BK).

You should be able to find photos of all combinations in our website and in the Photo Album in this forum.

Yes, the regular Fireman 43mm bracelet will fit on the NightTrain.

Since Ball does not offer a DLC bracelet for the DLC Night Train, you may want to contact Jack at IWW to see if he can DLC coat the SS bracelet from the white Night Train.

This is a solution that I did not consider until after I had sold my Night Train. I've been hoping that someone would try doing this!

Has anyone found a bracelet option for the black Night Train?

This is a 21mm lug width. Not very common so the really only option is Ball. Ball does not make a DLC bracelet for any model.

I have seen a picture of a NT sporting a PVD band and it looked promising. I just ordered one myself and will post pictures once it comes in.

    Re: Bracelet for Night Train

Ok, I got my band in. It is a Hadley Roma PVD band (18-22mm adjustable)

The finish is actually pretty darn close. One has to keep in mind the color of these type of materials (both the PVD on the band and the DLC on the NT) is very dependent on the angle of light. There will be times that, for instance, the band appears darker because it is at a different angle than the watch itself, but they actually are very similar.

The band itself is fairly nice. I would prefer a solid link band, and Hadley Roma makes one but it is curved ends only and is 20mm. This version feels fairly sturdy but it does flex a lot laterally.

The band has some trouble staying centered on the watch and more often than not it ends up butting against one side of the lugs more than the other.

Also I feel it would be nice if the band was a little wider near the lugs. It looks a little narrow for the NT's 43mm case.

Here are some pictures, and yes, I have a small wrist. My wrist is about 6.5" which is pretty much the smallest this band will accommodate. I've removed all the extra links and choked it down on the clasp and it fits nice and snug.

Here it is nice and centered, which rarely happens on its own when worn.

And here it is not so centered

    Wrist shots!

    Eh, slightly centered...

    And not so much...

That's all folks! I think it works decently, now if only Hadley Roma would make a solid link curved end 21mm PVD band and I think it would make quite a few NT owners happy.
