    Deployant Buckle for Spacemaster rubber?

Hello, I've read numerous older threads on this topic and just can't seem to get a good answer to my question: I have the X Lume/ Glow on steel. I purchased the Ball rubber strap and I would really like a Ball deployant buckle to add to it. I've read and seen some pics of a Ball design that some have put on various ball watches. The Spacemaster rubber is 21mm, (I believe) but off course it tapers down at the end. I do realize that there are after market options. I do however want the steel finish to match. So is there a one available from Ball? If so how much? And how do I get it? And If I can't get a Ball buckle that fits, what's the best after market option? I asked my AD a while back and he didn't know..... Thanks IN ADVANCE Ballers!

    Deployant Buckle for Spacemaster rubber?

You maybe able to get one of the Pam style 22mm ones to work. Just make sure whatever you buy has a return policy.

Re: Deployant Buckle for Spacemaster rubber?

I bought a Ball silicone rubber strap and a Ball deployant for my son's Diver COSC which is the same strap as on my Diver Freefall - small bumpy texture with a center raised rib near the lugs. The width of the strap at the lugs is 21mm. and the band tapers to 19-20mm.

He really likes the set up as it is much easier to take on and off verses dealing with that small tang in the thick strap. The only quirk is the deployant is obviously thicker at the metal join verses the lower profile tang / buckle - so he takes it off to type on his laptop.

An AD can call Ball to cross reference the fit. Easy peasy. Hope your's is a go.

I have that deployant, it will not fit the EHC rubber. EHC rubber straps do not taper and is twice as thick as the diver rubber strap. Your only option is something like a PAM clasp that is made for thicker straps.

Pictures please when convenient? I have been thinking of something similar and would like to know what deploy you end up using? The PAM clasp suggestion is good idea.

    Thanks.
