Last week I was in Kuala Lumpur for some business meeting and had chance to pop over Ball Malaysia's office. My Fireman was running a lil faster then usual so I requested that they take a look at it. Ball's Tech confirmed that it was running +11 secs a day (after 3 months of daily wear). They had it regulated in no time and as it was under warranty, this was done complimentary.
I have to say here that Ball's customer support is as good as their sales! My dealings with this company have all been pleasant so far. Keep up the good work! And thanks again!
