send them an inquiry and received a response? I sent them one last week asking why the TM Voyager GMT PR was not on their website (it is on the USA website).

Have not received a response as of today

Otherwise, my one week TM Voyager keeps time at -1 per day. I love it.

Yes, when registering my new watch. I ended up having an extensive e-mail conversation with Henry at Ball, Neuchatel. Try him at [email protected]. So they do read their e-mails If something is listed on the US site but is not on the CH site, It might be discontinued model that the US distributor still has in their inventory. They might still list it so ADs knew it was available. Just a thought....

    Good Luck,

    Bob

Hi Mugszy, it's my fault. I've been sick and forgot to ask a a colleague to handle the web inquiries during my absence.

The Trainmaster Voyager GMT Power Reserve is no longer on the corporate site because it has been officially discontinued. It is no longer being produced from our factory, and in fact, had only been produced in extremely limited quantities over the past 2 years.

Ball Watch USA still has stock at their warehouse and some of their Authorized Dealers, so that's probably why the watch is on the site.

If you have any further questions, just let me know on WUS or by email.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

Jeremy, thank you very much for the reply. I am from Cleveland also, east side. This is one of the reasons my first Ball was the Cleveland Express. (My sister said it was a balmy 11 degrees there yesterday).

Different topic: I originally ordered the watch with the leather strap. The AD had one with the bracelet and sent me the strap separately. Unfortunately the strap is 1mm small. Can you recommend where I can get the proper strap (20 mm I believe is correct).

Hope you are feeling better, Eric
