help tracking down an engineer master 2 moon glow

could someone with one of these please send me some info, i'm interested in one but unfortunately there aren't any ad near me.

i'd like a few pictures of it in real life and also some idea as to pricing.

according to the ball website it's nm1020c-l3-bk, but it lists options and only one part number. what i'm looking for is the black face with either the bracelet or possibly the black strap.

    any help is appreciated :thanks

See you are in PA - contact Martin Pulli (ball AD) in Philadelphia and he can help you.

    todd,

thanks for the help, unfortunately their website is broken.

found their number elsewhere, didn't list their hours tho so perhaps i'll be able to give them a call a little later today.

i did check ball's website before posting here, martin pulli is still a bit of a drive. also noticed there are no ball distributors in delaware and only one in md, and they're not exactly right over the border but rather central md, which is quite a bit away.

if i do have to phone order it and have it shipped, i may prefer to order out of state to save on tax, can you or anyone else recommend a good ad outside of pa? ideally i would like to purchase it locally since that would make it simpler to deal with service and any warranty issues but i'm not sure that is going to be possible.

also, from the limited number of moon glows i've found online, prices seem to range from $1.5k-$1.8k, which is perfectly in my price range. i've since realized the nm1020c-l3-bk does refer specifically to the black face moon glow, which is exactly what i'm looking for, ball does not seem to have different suffixes for the strap/bracelet options as far as i can tell. is there some way i can find out actual list or msrp on these? also, what is the maximum discount allowed by ball for their ad? i'd like to purchase new and from an ad but definitely want to go into the negotiation and subsequent transaction an educated consumer, any help is appreciated :thanks again

    good luck. Great watch.

the list price is 1899. We do not discuss discounts on this forum as it is an official ball watch forum, and all I can quote is list price.

I know Rob at Topper Jewelers and Martin Pulli are ADs. Call Martin - as that is the best way (I have never even gone to his website).

I would highly recommend going down the path with an AD. You will find a better overall purchase experience and service.

You may contact Ball Watch USA directly to enquire about this model. They will be able to point you to an AD with the watch or perhaps they will have one in stock at the warehouse.

    jeremy,

thanks for the info, particularly about how ball breaks down their notation.

i have been in contact with a few ad and will be calling ball direct in the morning just for clarification. suspect i will end up purchasing from an ad in the next day or so, the customer service aspect of things is important to me. so, too, is the price of course

thanks for your help folks, best wishes. i'll post back up once it's in my grubby hands or rather on my grubby wrist
