Rob, how do you like the rubber strap? Do you have the bracelet as well as a comparison, as I only have the bracelet so far...

I preferred the rubber strap over the bracelet; not that there was anything deficient about the bracelet. I just found that it sat on and held my wrist so much better. The strap was fairly soft. It integrates perfectly with the lugs. Here are some shots of it on bracelet (not contest material, sorry):

Here's a wrist shot showing how perfectly it curved to fit my 8.1" wrist. I would not recommend this watch to someone with wider wrists or else the lugs might dig in (notice how the rubber strap nestles in the lugs so nicely):

    Wow, Ball watch forum.
Looks like I am not going to win anything (no photo to share). But hey, as long as Ball lover/owner can have their views to share here.
    Thanks.

    Ball on a soccer ball

I wanted a photo that made a play on the Ball name, and which highlighted the American heritage of this fine brand. Remembering that I had an old World Cup '94 souvenir soccer ball hiding in a cupboard somewhere ultimately resulted in the above shot. I don't quite think it kicks a goal, though!

    Thanks Ernie.

My grandfather used to wear a RR-style watch. I always admired his watch and his overall style of dress. I think that's what made me jump all over the Louisville & Indiana when I first saw it. I know I wear wingtips because they looked so cool on him.
