Need some help with grandfathers watch.

Long story short, have my grandfathers watch. According to my grandmother, the watch originally belonged to my grandfathers father.

    Here is what I know.

Ball Company pocket watch, says Trademark, Official RR Standard on upper portion of face. When I opened the case I can see it says 19 Jewels. Lots of numbers all over but I cannot seem to find a year anywhere; any tips? Any help is greatly appreciated in identifying this watch.

very hard to tell without seeing the movement. there wouldn't be a year but based on the actual movement and the movement serial #, we might be able to date it for you.
    kind regards,

I agree with Scott, we need to see the movement. You should be able to snap opwne the back case and see it. That would give us a good indication of how old it may be.

One thing's for sure, it's a keeper. They just don't make them like that anymore...
