    A New Aviator--the Engineer III Aviator--No Date, 40mm!!

Went downtown (Hiroshima) today, where there is a longstanding Ball AD (they also specialize in Sinn, Fortis and a few others). Anyway, one watch caught my eye in the display case--what first attracted me to it was the fact that there was no date--a rarity for Ball. And, while it looked like an Aviator, at just 40mm, it was in a much more reasonable size (for those of us with slender wrists, at least). It was selling for something like Yen219,998, which likely would be in the neighborhood of US$1999. It is T25, which fits the smaller dial size. Looked absolutely brilliant in the display case. It is not available stateside at present, but this seems like one that would be a very popular alternative to their overly large mainstream Aviator, clocking in at 46mm. No other details at the moment.

Looks great. I would seriously consider that model. Very nice.

I love this one! Especially with the no date and 40mm size. I have seen a few real life pics online and it really looks great.
