one of the classic Ball Models imo! The Aviator GMT was in my sights and I am just starting my second week.

I noticed that almost all of my watches (except vintage and dress) had dark dials, so I decided on the light dialed Aviator, whose color I would call "cream."

The hands kind of look silverish, is that correct?

I really like that combo. I too have too many dark dials....

Crusher, make sure you see Steve for that Aviator, I am sure he has them in stock! My North Texas buddy will work hard for you.

One of the bad things about being an AD, is I try not to be my own best client. When I unpack a shippment, my manager fusses at me about trying them on! One of the first things we do is to put them on an auto winder (we carry Orbita) and crank them up. If you come by my store, you will notice I have several running and hacked to within seconds of each other, a ballet of time keeping!

    Get some Balls!!!

I think the silvery effect comes from the combination of the tubes and the high gloss white hands. They are "shimmery" for lack of a better word.
