Pics of the new MEII Chronometer Diver!

    Hi Guys,

Looks like TNSDiamonds.com, an authorized dealer (I just found out) has pictures of the new MasterII Diver Chronometer:

I really like those "fat" tubes as hour markers.

I agree. It's an important improvement IMHO.

I'll miss the guilloche dial, though. Still, it's another Ball triumph.

Thumbs Up Re: Pics of the new MEII Chronometer Diver!

Is that a blue dial on the left in the promo pic, Marc? If that one comes out, I think I see my next Ball...

I asked on another thread. What colors will be avail.?

Is the green coming back? I'd also go for a blue accented one.

I've also seen a black/white combo as well.

Also, pardon my newbness, but what is a guilloche dial? is it that "ridged" pattern?

No that is a black dial. It is not a good picture. They probably got a weird reflection from the anti-glare.

To answer your question Cpenning, the only two choices, are the ones you see there. Black dial with white bezel or orange bezel.

I too will miss the guilloche dial, thouh I doubt the regular MEII Diver will disappear. I think this is just another model in that line-up. That being said, this one is defenitely more TOOL than the previous ones.

We are all missing the most important question:

What color is the new lume? is it still orange "12" and the rest green? What color are the new fat tubes?

I'm pretty interested in the orange dial version, now that there is no green (although I did see a chronograph in green)

Abouttime.com, an authorized dealer, has a picture on their website.

    You can see it here:

    http://www.abouttime.com/abouttime/b...hes.invtc.html

    Just keep scrolling down.

    They glow yellow.

I am now pretty confused about this model. I have read that this is a 44mm watch in Titanium, but Abouttime.com states it is stainless steel. If it is SS, I'm all over it like stink on poop. If it's titanium, then I will wait for the Master II TMT.

I asked Jeremy and he confirmed in an e-mail that it was Titanium, but it looks like steel to me in those pictures... ARG...

This watch looks really sweet!! Love those fat tubes, which, along with the lack of guilloche on the dial, gives it a much more 'tool watch' feel.

The picture of the lume on abbouttime.com looks a little weak though, for the fat tubes... I was hoping they'd be as bright as the green tubes in the rotating bezel, just fatter!! Hope we see more lume shots in future for comparison.
    Regards,
    - TY -
