Problem with my World Time Diver

Got the World Time diver like half Year or so ago, and recently bring it with me to
    a long driving trip...

I figure, don't have to move the time forward as it will mess up the
world time "circle" hand... so I move the minute hands backward... at first it works fine, but
then since It's a long driving trip, I adjusted and move the time backward for like 3 times...

Now the world time complication stopped working, the sec, min, hour hand still works, it just
doesn't move the world time circle forward... I am waiting for the winding to go out then to test it again...
but Anyone have similar experiences ?

I go forward or back whichever is closer, and never had a problem.

I turn the bezel to correct the world time dial.

I had the same problem with mine, but right out of the box. If yours is an earlier production iteration of the WT Diver, it's likely it'll have to go back to Ball for a movement replacement.

Question - what color is the cross-section of metal in your date window (the layer below the dial, but above the date wheel)? It's the bit reflecting the date itself in my crappy photo. I only ask because mine was initially gold or bronze, and after repair it came back silver.

I wonder if I turn it too much, or too fast... um... am not sure...

Let me check tonight and get back to you... but if I remember correctly, it's not gold... um... will check.
But I think no more warranty as I got the watch as a second hand.

As sort of a precaution, I try not to ever advance the minute hand counter-clockwise, but with this particular watch, it's how you set the WT function (clockwise to set the WT, then counter-clockwise to set the current time). Sounds like yours just bit the dust.

Re: Problem with my World Time Diver

I picked up this watch about a year ago and waited over 4 months to take delivery. I started to get a little curious as to why the order was taking so long, but was told by my AD that Ball had recently revamped the Worldtime module to be more reliable as the earlier productions had recurring and frequent issues with that part of the movement.
