So what is going to be your next Ball?

I am on the fence between the Night Train and the LE TMT diver. I am leaning towards the Night Train because it is 43mm, has 63 tritium tubes, and has a 24 UTC hand off of the main dial, which is very helpful when writing reports as an LEO.

Now the LE TMT is also a good possibility because it is 41mm, also DLC coated which is essential for my LEO career, has an internal bezel so I can time how long it takes the counter help to get the donut from the shelf into my hand. It tells the temp, which always helps make an LEO mad when we are standing outside directing traffic in 100 degree weather, or walking through a field in 3 feet of snow in 20 degree weather looking for a missing child who managed to trick their parents into thinking they ran away while they are actually hidden in the basement among their Xbox 360 video console in the closet.

Hmmm, and I think the LE TMT has already started to ship to dealers... What to do.. I know I should buy them both, but my wife would throw me out into the dog house, in which case the TMT would work better so I could tell how cold it was in said doghouse...

    Well Warren,

I say your only solution is to buy both. I'm sure that the undue emotional and mental strain that would be caused by having to decide between the Night Train and the TMT LE would effect your performance at work. Not to mention the stress it would cause at home.

So your wife, being the caring and understanding women you've known her to be would understand that owning both is the only way for you to avoid this very serious situation.

It sounds very logical to me

BTW.... I choose the LE TMT

She's 7 1/2 months pregnant, so I am sure I have to watch my step when it comes to watch purchases.... I got a new watch last week (a gift from a great friend), so that didn't count, have another watch inbound used, and will be getting either the Night Train or TMT LE...

Of course she participates in these forums, so all of my rules and guidelines on hiding a watch or getting a new watch by spouse don't apply to me...

I'm torn between the Nightrain and the Fireman Orange numerals. I expect to decide when I get to see them side by side, hopefully this weekend. The LE TMT seems nice too - just that rubber staps aren't my thing...oh, well. Toys, toys ;)

    I am completely torn also...

It's a three way (maybe 4) fight betwenn the following:

    1) The MEII Diver Chronometer (only if Stainless Steel, which it probably isn't)

    2) The Night Train (the bracelet from my Ionosphere would look awesome on that watch!)

    3) The MEII Diver TMT in SS with Silver dial

    and possibly

    4) That nifty new MEII Diver Chronograph I found yesterday

    What do you guys think?

    green or orange bezel accent

    3) Trainmaster Cannonball Chronograph ~or~ Fireman Ionosphere Chrono
    flavor(s) undecided

    4) Conductor, flavor undecided
