    Watch Stop

I got my two ball watches last Sat. They are Cleveland Express blue and white dial.
They are brand new. Can you believe it? Now one of them stop working. It just two days.

I waited for 1 month to receive them.
I think I have to wait for another one month to fix it.

    Anyone has experience like me?

    Thanks.

    Welsey

    Re: Watch Stop

Were you wearing the one that stopped working? If not, it is probably the case that the mainspring wound down (it's an automatic watch, normally wound by movement of your wrist when wearing and it will only run for around 40 hours without winding or wearing after being fully wound). Give it a good shake and see if it starts, or pull the crown out to the first position and wind it backwards and forwards 20-30 times. The watch should start, if it doesn't then you have a problem.

Please read the above post on timing and regulation.

Have you been wearing the watch? Did you wind the watch 40 times? Please follow the instructions here, and contact customer service.
