    Watch Winder Direction

I just bought a Engineer Master II Diver TMT plus a watch winder for it. How may turns per day should I set for this watch? Which direction should I rotate it? Clockwise, anti-clockwise, bidirection, or does not matter?

I'm new to using an automatic watch so thanks in advance for your help.

The Ball 9018 movement is bidirectionally winding.
