Bergeron is a leading Siwss manufacturer for watch tools.

The black Bergeron tool shown in the link below is one of the simpler versions, there is also a metal tool for this purpose available where you can exchange tips, if required.

They are easily available on the Internet.
Simply do a seach for "springbar removal tool".

If you have a good quality small screwdriver, you could also use one of those, but the more you stray away from proper tools, the more you risk that the tool may slip and leave marks on your watch.

If you buy a Sinn bracelet, they will usually provide you with the tool.
Sinn has two tools for this purpose available, for €15 and €20 respectively, but it may be easier to order them locally.

This may give you an idea on how it's done:

    You're right! :thanks

I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get more returns when I googled for "strap removal tool".

I had copied the name from the article and didn't pay enough attention.
"Bergeron" is such a nice, authentic French sounding name, like in "Jean-Jacques Bergeron", don't you think?
