3% of the 103 St C right on the Bay.

Despite the hype around the newest bi-compax hand-winding 103 St C I see now 3 pieces out of the 100 for sale on the e.ay. Simply I do not understand. Someone to explain me?
(The looks of the watch is amazing. If it wouldn't have silver subs and would have date I'd have gone for it myself.)
    Thanks, best:
    Robert

I'm sure it's speculation...not dissatisfaction, a limited edition watch that sells out instantly will always attract buyers who buy the watch with the intention of selling it for a profit ASAP.

Well...Shucktheoyster sold one for 3.500€ so its purely for speculation. Its a shame that the watches is sold to others then people that intent to keep them at least for a while.

Yeah, as always when limited editions come out and sell out quickly, there are speculators.
A bummer is that mine hasn't even arrived yet and others are already selling theirs.

Yes... as others have said. I doubt those sellers even ever intended to hang on to those watches.... bought them purely for resale at a hefty premium. Unless you REALLY want one, these are probably not the ones to buy.... but that's just my opinion of course.

Right now there are Nr. 28, 39 and 80/100. If mod allows I can put here the links but typing "Sinn 103" and scrolling down will be enough. All of the mentioned watches come from Germany.

Must be on the European/GB EBay, not showing here in the states.

Prices are just insane. Will settle for the classic version.

The next watch I get will definitively, finally, and without a question, be my last one!
