6 months later and I'm finally reunited with the "beautiful" 142

Beautiful is in quotes because it's more of a rugged tool watch, but after 6 months apart I've finally got my 142 back from IWW. Movement was fully serviced, pressure checked, and the case/bracelet were refinished to match factory specs.

Totally in love with this watch, I really missed it.... thanks to my friend David, I tried it on and realized I could not sell it. I'm going to sell some of my other pieces off instead, this one is a keeper for sure.

isn't that what's right next to the watch, the long silver thing with 2 white plastic caps?

Thank you, it is not easy to remove these tiny screws but I do see how to resize.

I'm glad I didn't try and buy that 142 from you then:) My 142 was just sent off to RGM for a service. Can't wait to get it back, I really liked it the week I had it.

I would have been fine selling it if I didn't size the bracelet, once it was on my wrist properly I could not let it go. I could really use the money for more important things, but I was spot on buying this one 6 months ago. I hope you get yours back soon!

I do realize this thread is a little funny, but I only had this watch in hand for a day before I shipped out to IWW. When I got it back 1/2 a year later I learned that I will have to relocate for work either the end of this year/early next year, if I knew that before hand I would not have been buying watches :)

Beautiful watch and movement. Own one too and it's a keeper.
