Which of these classic Sinns would you rather have for the next 20 years as your "one watch". Please explain your decision.

Could any of these watches fill the roll of "everyday timepiece"? Which will age best? Which is the most iconic?

Tough call but id take the 356. A classic look that will age the best out of the three IMO. Has the better case size too (38mm)

The 144 would be a close second. The splash of colour would keep things interesting.

I think it’d be the 356 for me. It’s very versatile, both in size and being able to dress it up or down. It looks great on a bracelet, leather (especially the brown horsehide IMO), or a NATO, so you can always keep it fresh even if it’s your one and only.

Wishlist: A dual-time dress watch, with date, in the 38-40mm size range and under 12mm in case height...any suggestions?

103 for me. Having a timing bezel is really useful for everyday use. The size is great for most wrists with better diameter/thickness proportion than the 356 and it actually wears slightly smaller visually than my 40mm maxi case GMT Master II.

All three are amazing timepieces and you really can't go wrong with either of them! That said, when I did my research I ended up buying the 103 St at the end solely because I fell for its handsome vintage looks. Also, the 103 St is better sized for my wrist than the 356 (IMO). The acrylic crystal is amazing with all its distortions and if it gets dinged the scratches can be easily polished away (polywatch, yay!) which after the crystal looks like brand new again.

It’d be the 103 Classic for me:

But it wouldn’t be the one watch since all Valjoux 7750 are too thick to be comfortable for long periods of time. But definitely strong contender for a 2 or 3 watch rotation.

Love them all. Can't go wrong with any of the three. Personally I went with the 103 st. A perfect watch. Here's mine with some different strap choices, including one I made myself.

The 103 has the strongest link to the original watches built by Herr Sinn in the 1960's.
