Different Road to a U1 Acquisition

I wonder if anyone else is as backward as me. I picked up a rare Breitling red (discontinued) ocean racer rubber strap a while ago but I didn't have a watch to put it on. So I began a search for a sporty dive watch that would be a good match. Doesn't everyone usually buy the strap first, then look for the watch head?

After a couple months of searching thru many brands/color schemes, I acquired a U1 SDR (my first U1). Here are some pics of the combo. Go easy on me, just beginning the Sinn experience.

Thanks for looking, hope I didn't violate any Sinn strap rules, . I do have the black Sinn rubber/deployant also.

Being a Univ. of GA "bulldawg", anything red/black is in good taste, IMHO! Enjoy your colorful U1 SDR. However, I suspect before long you will be back on the Sinn rubber/deployant. Cheers, Bill P.

I don't know, something is making my skin itch a bit, that U/B'ling combo isn't working for me.
