Hello fellow Sinners!! I'm back from holidays ..U2 pics..>

Hi guys, I got back from holidays at my brother's place down south in S.E. Ontario. It's a nice remote, lake and swamp filled area with thick maple forests.

I took some pics while I was down and also along the way. Here's some U2 content pics for ya.

These pics were taken going through Haileybury on Lake Temiskaming on the Ontario/Quebec border. Beautiful area. The guy with me is Jake and he is a fellow WIS from the SCWF. A big Seiko nut who has recently found Sinn and is apparently blown away by the U2 and is now eyeing the EZM 3. He came up for a visit and we hung out a bit. A great guy!! I gave him a ride home to Ottawa on my way down.

I'm the larger guy...by the way.

We went out in the deep bush on the sugar trails that my brother carved from the bush for tapping maple trees. He's got about 150 tapped. These trails are very rugged and must be driven at walking speed.

Sitting on the porch with my brother having a brew..snapped a few U2 pics for you guys.

As fun as it was, it's great to be back home in my own bed. I really missed you guys!! and it's great to be on-line again on the Sinn forum with my friends.

    cheers,
    Tim

... and second we are glad, too, to here and see from you. You are the coolest man B-) ever!

Your "travel reports" are always a highlight for me as a "big city jungle citizen", the only danger thing in Frankfurt (near SINN) is to get an accidents with a vehicle.

But you have the great big wilderness..... I think, every moment you can meet this:

Conclusion: Fine to get together again and love our watches....

    cheers

    Great pics Timothy!
How is the bracelet holding up against scratches?
I was so lucky as to finding an U1 in my dealers shop when I came to pick up my Regulateur.
I love the thick bracelet, but believe it is plain 316L.

    Cheers,

    Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!

I believe Tim (and others) have commented on this in the ownership experience thread ... the bracelet is indeed regular 316L steel, but appears to be holdingup quite well.
