How do you get the strap off without drilled lug holes?

A couple of weeks ago I saw a fitted Sinn 22mm silicone strap on a Dreadnought - it fit like a dream and looked very good

If my memory serves me well, a member here encountered this very same problem after installing it on an Omega.

That said, this just goes to show how well made and well designed the Sinn silicone strap is.

POC (piece of cake): using the small forked end, just slip your Berg. 6111 tool between the rubber and the lug, push the rubber out of the way so you can find the double flange end on the spring bar, hook the tool into the double flange and compress the spring bar so it pops out of the hole, and bam! bob's yer uncle!

Have to admit that looks great. Have been looking for a nice rubber deployant strap to put on my zenith and the sinn looks much nicer than anything else I've seen.

What case diameter/lug width is the ball? My zenith is 40mm/22mm.
