    Last days as a Sinner...

Sadly, my last days as a Sinner are at hand. I'm selling my 956 to help fund the purchase of a Glashutte Original Sports Evolution. GO is coming next Saturday and my Sinn will probably be gone before then or shortly after.

I'm hoping that I don't regret my decision as the 956 as been my favorite for a long time.

Hopefully, it won't be the last time as a Sinner. After all, my 40th is in December and the missus is looking for suggestions.

I hope that will not happen to me ( not for the GO, but for the Sinn ).
You will probably enjoy this great GO, but there are so many Sinn, you will come back here!

The Arctos is outstanding. Here is a breif review

    Case:
    42mm - 20mm lugs
    Crisp edges
    Brushed bezel and polished sides
Brushed side between lugs (Not sure why they didn't polished to match rest of the sides?)
    Solid but not heavy
Case back is SS (no PVD) -scuffed easily, not sure what causes it
    Water resistant 200m (660 ft)

    Crown:
    Large and easy to manuever
    Smooth winding
    Company "A" in script
    Polished

    Dial
Extremely legible (best I've had, and I've had A LOT of watches)
    Baton minutes hand
    "mercedes" hour hand
Yellow tiped sweep seconds with lume marker
Large numbers 12-3-9 with date at 6
    Lumed numbers and hour markers
    Minute markers not lumed

    Crystal
Domed Sapphire and AR coated (I think on the inside only)
A little more reflective than I'd prefer

    Bracelet
    Outstaning PVD
    Center release clasp
    Arctos written on the clasp

    Movement
    ETA-2824
    Auto with manual wind option
    40 hour power reserve

Overall, I'm very impressed with the form and function of this watch. My best comparison would be to the Breitling Colt that I owned. Easy to read, keeps excellent time, comfortable to wear and last but not least - It looks great on the wrist.
    Sláinte,
    Joe

    Love the Glashutte Original!!!
Because nothing says "you're a loser" more than owning a motivational poster about being a winner.

very nice...i see you have the updated version w/the black date wheel.

    wear it in good health.

there's nothing in Sinn's lineup that matches the workmanship & quality of that GO. i would not have any [Sinn] seller's regret.
