    Well my 104 arrived. I'm sorry for the crappy phone pic but I placed it on my wrist right after unboxing and immediately realized that the size is perfect with legibility spot-on. The time and date were pre-set at Watchbuys and so far it is keeping extraordinary time. I have ordered a Barton silicone strap and will no doubt order other strap options. The original leather strap is on the last hole and after wearing it all day, it's starting to feel loose, so... Regards all.
