    New folding clasp?

Question to Forum members visiting Basel: does the new 206 have an upgraded folding clasp for the steel bracelet, or still the same old one?
    Thx,
    Robert

That's not necessarily true. I can't speak for the clasp on any of their bracelets but I can tell you they have a new long deployment coming out in July. It will have a micro adjustment feature.

Oooo that’s actually pretty exciting! Is it a deployant for leather straps? I know they have a pretty beefy clasp for their rubber straps but they’ve used the same clasp for their bracelets since the 90s

The new long deployant is for their silicon straps.

Are the edges still super sharp? I hope they addresses the sharp edges of the clasp issue.
When some a wild-eyed 8 foot tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the bar room wall and he looks you crooked in the eye and he asked you if you’ve paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye and you remember what ol’ Jack Burton always says at a time like that: Have you paid your dues Jack? “Yessir the check is in the mail”

An adjustable clasp for the silicone might get me to try the strap.

It looks like a new extension clasp to me. I don’t see micro adjustment.
