    Pic request: 856 on Isofrane

    Hi all,

My 856 is back at the spa in Germany getting some work done. When she comes back, I am thinking about swapping out the leather for a rubber strap. Does anyone have any pics of an 856 on an Isofrane? If so please post

In my opinion the Isofrane strap is too large for the 856 case. If you
want to make it fit you will have to do some surgery, because the
Isofrane strap is not made in 20mm.

I like the Hadley-Roma or Voguestrap silicone rubber strap. Here is
the Hadley-Roma strap on a Damasko DA36, which has the same
case size as the Sinn 856.

I believe that is false, the Isofrane does in fact come in 20mm size

Thanks for all the responses guys. Still debating and might go with a Bonetto. Once I make a decision I will post some pics.

rationaltime, thanks for posting the pic. Nice to see different combinations, and I have a DA36 too. Also really want some kind of rubber strap for my 857 UTC but pretty drawn to the sinn strap. Would love to save some $ if I can find something I really like.

    Hi guys and gals,

Finally got the Sinn back from Germany. Have been wearing on the Isofrane the last few days. As always, the isofrane is very comfortable and the look is growing on me. What do you guys think?

Looks good to me. Probably a bit odd for aficionados who see "pilot watch + diver strap" but the best thing about rules is breaking them!
