    RGM experience

    Has anybody had any experience with RGM, the company that does the Sinn warranty work for WatchBuys in the US? I sent my broken watch there a few weeks ago & haven't heard anything back.

    The whole process took under three weeks and I received a phone call from RGM detailing the repair. You might want to give them a call.

    hello,
    i've sent 3 different sinn's and a tutima to rgm in the past year. on average it took about 4-5 weeks. except the tutima, it took 3 MONTHS!!! their quality of work is overrated,in my inexperienced opinion of course.to be fair, it's the only place i've sent a watch for repair to. i sent a sinn 103 ti ar utc for a full overhaul and it came back with a very small scratch on the dial which was not there before. also, w/ each transaction, i had to call frequently for updates. with the tutima, one of their watchmakers was out with a back problem for a month, but i never received a call stating an extra month or 2 would be tacked on the timeframe of the repair.
