    Share Your Vintage Sinn!

    Hello Friends,

I'm itching for some classic Sinn goodness. If you own one, please share photos here. I'll leave the exact definition of "vintage" up to you, but I'm especially interested in the early hand-wound chronos. Let's see some 101s, 102s, and early 103s.

I'd also love to hear the story of how you acquired the watch!

    Share away.

How about a 1550 that started life as a Heuer? I barely missed out on the example that was sold from Helmut Sinn's personal collection a few years ago. After a 7 year search I sourced this one from a fellow collector in Japan last January.

Terrific. I absolutely love that little counterbalance on the running seconds. That's something I'd love to see return on modern Sinn. As far as I can tell, only the 917 has it.
    Thanks so much for sharing!

I have a Sinn titanium watch that does not indicate a model number, but has the logo "Ref 247" on the back. I believe it is a vintage dive watch. Can anyone identify the model for me? Is it rare? What would be the approximate value of the watch? I inherited this watch and have not been able to find any information on it through an extensive internet search. I would appreciate any information you can give me. Please see the attached picture. Brian sends.

Isn't there anyone out there that can identify this watch model?

Have you emailed Sinn and asked them, I bet they'll be able to identify it.

    Umm, vintage dive watch?

It's a dressy chronograph, with moon phase. Like, the opposite of a dive watch
