Sinn 104 - more shots to fuel your interest

I know this particular model has been well covered, but as someone who frequently searches forums for ages looking every possible shot before making a decision...

I purchased last week 2nd hand after failing to sign up for either of the Watchbuys open calls.

It arrived & I have to say I'm pretty pleased.

The case is relatively simple, but there are some lug bevels to keep interest high. I would have preferred some brushing, especially along the sides, but I guess polished will do for now.

I don't time watches, so I can't speak to accuracy. But it's keeping pace with the others in my winder.

When it was announced back in the spring I was immediately attracted to the simple dial, countdown timer & relatively modest sizing. In all regards I'd say Sinn hit the mark.

You'll notice mine is on a different strap. I prefer tapering & also thought a slightly less dark color would work well. Luckily I had a custom that fit the bill.

Very nice combo, looks great. I'm looking forward to the bracelet for this piece though...it's just begging for it.

You think? If the style were the 103, perhaps. But the photos I've seen feel a little "overdone" to me. Not sure why.

PS- I really did want a bracelet too. Contacted Watchbuys about the 103. They said the case structure was different and it would not work.

    Gorgeous watch, congrats.

Think this might just be my next purchase. I've been looking to get another Sinn ever since I sold my 857 S UTC, and the 104 is such a great mix of style, quality and price.

Looks great... I just put my deposit on this watch on Watchbuys yesterday. I have wanted a Sinn for awhile and excited for this to be my first. Now the hard part: waiting til early December =/
