    You do need an 836.

Gotta day at 15mm, that 936 looks ridiculous from the side....

    True story... I do need a 836

Totally agree on the 936 too. It was the main reason I traded my 757, 15.5mm thick, it just sat too high on the wrist for me.

Now the 10.6mm thin 836 is going to be a NATO whore

You guys are killing me. The more I look at other “similar” options, the more I’m liking the 836. It’s balanced in terms of esthetics, it has a date, it’s German... I’m just struggling with the extra $500 over the competitors.

Damn you Sinn and Phillyvice! You broke me.

If I can withstand the pressure, I’m going to try and wait until September when I’ll be traveling to Germany. It’s so much more fun to buy a watch directly from the Manufacture at their flagship store. Also, after the VAT rebate, I think the watch will be cheaper in Germany than from the US Distributor.

But, can I stand the heat for 3 months!? Ha

I have an 836 and I still watched the video. I think it did a great job showcasing the watch.

Here are some pics I took today that may push you two over the edge.
