Sinn EZM 13 date wheel issue probably?

    Hello,

I am currently considering the purchase of a used Sinn EZM 13 from a jeweler in AZ - online purchase. The picture in the ad has the date window between 1 & 2 with the time @ 10.10 - please see pic below.

My question is, with Sinn (7750 movement) is it normal that the date starts changing around 10pm or is this a damaged date wheel issue? To check, I took one of my 7750 operated chronograph (Oris BC4) and swept the time to check when exactly the date starts to switchover, and it starts ~10.40pm.
I did ask the jeweler to send me a pic with the aligned date, which he did and all looks fine; This brings me to another question, is it possible to set the date correctly even if the date wheel is damaged?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This movement is not a 7750. It is a modified movement to give the 60 min Chrono. I have a ezm 13 and I can check the date switch.

Okay... this is strange and I did not notice this before...mine acts the same exact way as you describe yours.

I can make a video later

Also, mine got stuck as you see. I slightly wound opposite and it clicked into place. What a quirk!
