    Sinn polished case refinsh?

    I might buy a sinn 104, like everything except the highly polished case. Anyone ever try to lightly brush or degloss the ss case? Successfully? thanks

    It can be done by a skilled refinished of course.

    I've seen it done professionally and the outcome was effective. I will warn you however.... doing this will make the watch far less beautiful (just my opinion ) and also far less valuable if you ever try to sell (just my opinion )

    I agree with egwatchfan on both accounts... refinishing the case makes it look quite similar to the EZM3 (which I owned briefly but never really enjoyed), check some pics here

    As for the resale, here is evidence of the sort of difficulty you can expect moving such a watch on:
