    Sinn U1

Got mine last friday and set the time to my computer. The watch was +3 a day, but lost some time over the weekend and was -3 on monday but today its +0. riight on the money. Is this normal for a new watch when its bedding in?I thought they were supposed to run fast until they had settled.

They vary. My U1 was slightly used and was running at a constant +1 sec per day. My U2 was also slightly used and started out at -4 but has settled in a little. It loses a couple seconds during the day and picks up a couple over night if I leave it lying flat. I had a week or so where it ran exactly dead on all week, but now it's a hair slow again.

Dave, thanks for the great tip on the U2. My U2 was running about -2 sec/day on my wrist 24/7. Now if I place it "flat" face down at night while I sleep it's closer to 0 sec/day.
