Sinn U1 owners that also own Black Bays

Anybody own both a U1 and a Tudor Black Bay (not the newer, smaller 58)? Can you compare how the two fit? I love my U1 and am interested in getting a black bay. Specifically things like size, weight, top-heavy-ness, etc. I hear a lot of complaints on thickness on the black bay but it can’t be worse than the u1 can it?

I don't have a U1, but I have a 103 SA BE and a red Black Bay (ETA version) and a Black Bay Bronze, both on leather. The 103 certainly feels MUCH more top heavy than the Tudors. Hard for me to compare weights because the 103 is on H bracelet vs leather. The BBR is extremely comfortable. Go try one on, I think you'll like it. I just saw the SG in store today. Online it looks stunning, in person that 2 tone bracelet with the rivets looks hideous.

I own a UX and had the ETA Black Bay. I would say BB is OK for you, if you are comfortable with U1.

My UX is on silicone strap and BB was on bracelet, so it felt heavier. The bracelet is excellent, so I recommend that version.
    Cheers, M

The BB is diminutive in weight compared to a U1 on steel. The U1 is a tank. If the U1 is comfortable, the BB will be a non-issue.
