    Titanium 356?

An ebay seller is advertising a 356 Flieger, with the details showing it as a Titanium case. Do Sinn really do a Titanium 356?

Looks like they corrected the auction description to "stainless steel."

That is a pretty high bid price for a used 356 with a worn strap and few dings. You can buy them brand new at Watchbuys (USA) for the same price.

Yes - and Neil at Chronomaster is selling the same watch for 675 GBP - around US$1325. Not sure what a reasonable discount is for used Sinns - but I'd have thought that if the discount weren't enough (25%, 30%, 40%???) any logical buyer would prefer to buy new.

I have heard of some watch enthusiasts who turnover their stock regularly getting 30% to 40% discounts in Breitling and similar brands from retail shops; but I doubt there's that much margin on a Sinn in the first place.

Has anybody any useful rules of thumb for the discount against new prices expected if buying used?
