As a young boy, my Grandfather told me that a Man always has a pocket knife and a good watch on him everyday. I’ve adheard like Gorilla glue to that advice ever since. My newest acquisition: Sinn U212 EZM 16. Countless hours of research of a multitude of brands over the span of a year, seeking for my perfect mechanical rhino tuff, but classy timepiece. I’m not disappointed. It’s big but no bigger then my Casio protrek 3500 and fits my 7.25” wrist like a dream. Trends towards smaller watches be damned as big watches that are 45-47mm are for me.
Ive had flashy Rolex subs, Omega planet oceans, seikos, casios and they all have their place but for the money, damn this is a fantasticly impressive watch. Almost perfect.
Classy and smart looking and can be worn with a button up shirt
45mm or above
easy to read as I’m almost 50 and hard to see things close anymore.
antimagnetic because i fly often
not a black coated watch
22mm or wider band width
dive bezel for timing
tuff as nails
Quality! Pride of ownership quality.
movement that doesn’t cost a fortune to service but is reliable and accurate.
