What Sinn chronograph is this? (earlier model?)

I don't know much about the Sinn lineup, especially any earlier models. Just came across this one which drew my attention for being a nice "type XX" derivative. Indicated as an earlier model with a 7750 in it?
I can't find the correct model and... how come the lumed indices look so horrible and there's sloppy execution of the subdials? Weirdly generic unsigned caseback?

The Vintage Sinn Collector has a similar model listed as Sinn 103 B SA HD, however the bezel is different and clearly the indices don't flow out onto the subdial

I'm not sure what to make of this. Do people make Sinn fakes or frankens?!

Looks like a "Franken-Sinn" to me. The case back is a tell tale for that.

At best, relumed for sure. At worst, full blown fake. Case back is definitely not a Sinn case back, at least none that I’ve ever seen...
    Too many flipped...

Welp, as expected. Poor fellows that fell for it then. I wonder whether I can report an auction after it's done.
