    Hello,

The photos don't help much. No movement shot, which is essential in this case.

It could be a 1189 but the backs get swapped sometimes so its not a certainty that this watch case and back started life together.

The lack of a clear shot of the dial is a hindrance to evaluating the watch. No provenance mentioned.

So I don't know what you want us to conclude from the little information you have provided.

Lastly its clearly stated that we do not value watches over the internet, for all of the above reasons and others that go the ethics of putting a price a watch of this age.

The movement is the best part of this watch. You could buy it on the strength of that image and then consider
what you want to do to restore its cosmetic appearance if you think its something you would like to undertake.
For a watch that is 60 - 70 years old the movement is very close to mint condition.

Remember, the above, is just my opinion, not a confirmation.
The model is clearly visible on the outside of the back cover... 1189.

For a comparison... this is the closest comparison model that I can find in my archive...

I saw that one as well, but the dial looks 'too new' compared with the case. the case and pushers are quite used so how come the dial is immaculate ?
Don't believe me or anything I say just because I say it ... do your own research , ask questions and get answers , find out what you can , do background searches on the (vintage) watch you're interested in AND on the seller , only if you do all of that you will be able to determine the authenticity of the watch you're interested in
