Trying to get into vintage. Is this legit?

    Hi,
I am fairly a newbie into vintage watches. I was curious about the watch in the below, anything looks off?

This is not so good. Case looks overpolished, and not sure if it is original: you should also check the inside of the caseback, which should be signed Zenith.

Normally the back also has a case number, but that has been polished away.

The dial is definitely a redial, and the hands aren't original either. This style of blued hands belongs more to the 1940s, whereas the case and movement are 1960's.
