    Zenith Defy El Primero 21

Does anyone know if the only way to charge up chronograph on the Zenith Defy El Primero 21 is to wind it. Or does automatic rotor wind the chronograph too? Thanks.

Yes, the only way is to manually wind it.

Re: Zenith Defy El Primero 21

    Hi,

just got my Defy El Primero 21 yesterday an now I have two questions:

    1. Is it normal that you can hear the automatic rotor winding? It´s like a little "scratching" sound.

    2. Has anyone else problems with closing the clasp. I have to press ist together very hard to keep it closed.

Thanks for answering and greetings from Germany

Mine has the same "scratching" sound after the rotor moves, and it seems normal from what I can find. There haven't been any issues with it in the 6 months I've owned mine. I have a silicone strap - no issue closing the deployment.

    Hi,

thanks for the answer. Then I´m reassured. I also found the problem with the clasp: there were two stripes of foil I didn´t saw before over one of the parts. After removing them everything is fine.

    Greetings
